2. Booking and Payments

2.1 A valid booking requires completion of the booking form and successful payment.
2.2 Prices shown are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
2.3 Payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment systems (Stripe, etc.).
2.4 A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the rental period starts – in that case, the customer receives a full refund.
3.2 For cancellations within 48 hours of rental start, no refund will be issued.
3.3 Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the operator.

4. Vehicle Usage and Responsibility

4.1 The renter is obliged to use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with traffic regulations.
4.2 All vehicles are insured; details are available on individual vehicle pages.
4.3 The renter is financially liable for any damage caused through negligence or breach of rental terms.

5.1 Spanish law governs these terms.
5.2 Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Málaga, Spain.
